Keeper WALKER lets fly, DORKING struggle with the clearance and KABAMBA misses a golden chance ,as he hits it wide-encouraged by the home crowd of course. DORKING huffing and puffing but not blowing anything down, then on 28 mins WHEELER cuts inside and makes WALKER earn an applause from the travelling support. PRIOR rifles a shot into the side netting, which looked closer than it was. All this time BARNET sitting deep, but with defender known as ‘MOUSSE’ winning the majority of header’s they seemed this was the way it’s going to be-the way I look at that is ‘more in their half less in yours what I do I know ‘ DORKING were trying to play around and one move saw a BJ TAYLOR effort that WALKER turn’s over, on 34min’s. 40 min’s and DORKING gain control again and BARNET’S front line not tracking back as they should allows a move finding JOSH TAYLOR who finished with competence and bring it all square-someone’s ear’s will be burning at the break .At the close of the half DORKING’S, defender COOK got booked for a silly diving tackle ,no need as the player was heading in the dressing room direction ,and they doubled up on him. SMITH ( maybe injured) replaced by HALL ,who strikes a decent ball but it would appear DORKING happy to ride their luck, as the out of sorts PRIOR struggling to hold play up-he has been clumped carefully around, still that’s football. The game became a bit’ missy mashy’ and the penalty area seemed to be a risky but safe haven for capt GRAIG and the defending side. LINCOLN in goal was calm, again clear in decision making and only the home support nervous. On 90 mins, BARNET swap ARMSTRONG for MAYO, surely not to spread play about ,although in the last added 6 mins was not an easy watch. DORKING worked harder as a team and perhaps BARNET could have remembered how far their supporters had come.to watch a talented team maybe not give as much as they could.
